Hi999 Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know Before You Start

1 General Terms

Hi999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These terms and conditions apply automatically whenever you use hi999's website, mobile app, or any associated services.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between hi999 and its members. hi999 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendments will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

To register at hi999, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account closure.

• Each member may only register one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This requires submitting a copy of your national ID or passport.

3 Age & Eligibility

The minimum age to become a member of hi999 is 18. This age requirement applies globally without exception. In countries where the legal age is above 18, the local legal age requirement will apply instead.

Citizens of countries where online betting is entirely prohibited are not eligible to use hi999. It is each member's responsibility to be aware of the laws in their own country.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Hi999 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits.

• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment method — not to any third-party account.
• Prior to completing KYC verification, withdrawals are limited to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• If any unusual transaction is detected, hi999 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals.
• If the wagering requirements for a deposit bonus have not been met, only the original deposit amount may be withdrawn.
• Depositing using a credit card or another person's mobile banking account is not permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Hi999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. General bonus rules are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, and can only be claimed once. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the Wagering Requirement (WR) — typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount in bets.
• The maximum single bet size when using bonus funds is stated on each promotion's page — typically 10% of the bonus amount.
• Bets placed with hi999 bonus funds at odds below 1.50 will not count toward wagering requirements.
• All bonus offers have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the offer expires.
• Using low-risk betting strategies to exploit bonuses — such as placing two opposing bets simultaneously — is strictly prohibited.

6 Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to all Sports Betting and casino games on hi999. It is the member's responsibility to read the relevant game or sport rules before placing a bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — if a cash-out option is available, you may use that instead.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hi999 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a market closes after a match has started, all bets accepted up to that point will remain valid.
• If a match is abandoned, bets will be refunded or settled in accordance with the applicable rules — see the Betting Rules page for full details.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is void, it will be removed and the remaining odds will be multiplied to settle the bet.
• Using betting bots or any automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited.

Hi999 reserves the right to verify the validity of any bet. If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, payment may be withheld until an investigation is concluded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi999 platform. Violating these rules will result in account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information related to a match.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers (multi-accounting).
• Deliberately exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Fraudulent use of chargebacks or payment reversals.
• Spreading false information in hi999's name or attempting to damage the brand's reputation.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time. Submit a request to the support team and the account will be closed within 24 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

Hi999 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons: violation of the Terms and Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious activity, or legal requirements.

• If an account is suspended, the member will be notified of the outcome once the investigation is complete.
• Any valid balance in a closed account will be refunded, provided the account was not closed due to a breach of terms.
• Contact support to request self-exclusion and take a break from the platform.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
